Members of SVCA Invited to Open House at CHP Headquarters
Huge thank you to Officer Mitch Byrd for inviting members of the Sweetwater Valley Civic Association to the California Highway Patrol‘s Open House on Friday, January 10th. Homeland Security has funded an impressive new Mobile Consolidated Command Center for California Highway Patrol.
Mr. Erik Estrada, of CHiPS TV show fame, attended the event and still looks good as a CHP motorcycle officer. SVCA members had a fun time touring the new Mobile Consolidated Command Center, the CHP helicopter and more.
