Dear Guests and members of the Sweetwater Valley Civic Association:
Our upcoming meeting is on Wednesday, March 5th. Please review the agenda and plan to attend.
Special welcome to our members (new and old), guests, representatives of our elected officials, and to those who might contemplate joining the SVCA.

– Treasurer’s report for March 2025.
– Approval of minutes from February 7, 2025, meeting
– Fire Chief Michael Sims
– Caroline McClaskey Office of Mayor John McCann
– Jose Ortiz, Sheriff’s crime report and Application for up to 72-hr Assessment, Evaluation and
Crisis Intervention or Placement for Evaluation and Treatment form
– Elected Officials representatives’ reports
– Approve new bylaws including SVCA map
New Business:
– Accept nominations and vote to approve the new Nominating Committee Chairs.
(Approved Nominating Committee Chairs will then appoint one or more members in good
standing to serve on this committee).
1 Director-at-large who is not up for re-election to serve as Committee Chair
1 Member in good standing to serve as Committee Co-Chair
